At Sleek Soles LLC, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed quickly and delivered safely. Please read through our transportation policy for information on how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for our customers:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivered the next business day (available for orders placed before 12 PM MST).
Note: All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
2. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $50.
- Expedited & Overnight Shipping: Fees will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order size.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment confirmation.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and a tracking number when the package has shipped.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside of the U.S. and wish to inquire about shipping, please contact our customer service team for potential solutions.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment. If you have any issues or questions about your shipment, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We only ship to valid U.S. addresses.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address during checkout to ensure smooth delivery.
- Please ensure your address is entered correctly, as we are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
- Lost Shipments: If your shipment has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately at zmyewski@sleeksoles.shop or call 970-299-3007. We will work with the carrier to locate your order.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and assist with either a replacement or refund based on your preference.
8. Delivery Issues
- If an order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or issues with the shipping carrier, we will notify you as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding during such delays.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate at checkout.
- Customers must inspect their order upon receipt and notify us of any discrepancies, damages, or issues within 48 hours.
